Shipping & Returns

At The Garrison Supply Co we choose to ship via Australia Post so we know that every parcel is handled with care and delivered to your door in a traceable form. 

Upon your order being processed a tracking number will be sent with your invoice/order fulfilment confirmation to enable you to track the status of your order.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched same day. However, please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch. Delivery times vary between locations.

Please use the tracking number provided in your fulfilment confirmation email to stay up-to-date on your parcel’s progress.

- Melbourne - 3 to 4 business days
- Canberra - 3 to 4 business days
- Sydney, Newcastle - 4 business days
- Adelaide - 5 to 6 business days
- Hobart & Launceston - 5 to 6 business days
- Perth to Mandurah - 5 to 6 business days
- Major regional - 5 to 7 business days
- Remote & country areas please allow up to 10 business days.

Freight Concerns:

Sometimes post can go astray. In the unlikely event that this occurs, please don't hesitate to contact us at admin@thegarrisonsupplyco.com.au with your tracking number and we will assist you in tracking your parcel down.

 

Refund Policy:

The team at The Garrison Supply Co. are committed to providing products of the highest quality. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, we will happily exchange the item or process a refund. Follow these simple instructions to make a claim for a refund or product replacement:

- Take note of your order number

- Email admin@thegarrisonsupplyco.com.au within 7 days of receipt and provide your order number and details.

- The faulty item/s must be received back in their original packaging within 14 days.

Once your item has been received, we will process your refund or product replacement.

We do not offer returns or exchanges:

- If the items purchased are not to your personal taste,
- If you change your mind,
- For minor variations in quality, taste, colour, shade or texture due to the natural characteristics of the products and the manufacturing processes.
